Advising one of the largest gold mining companies on the acquisition of brownfield and greenfield projects across West Africa, including in Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, and Mali. Our role included structuring, negotiating, and implementing transactions, as well as supervising local lawyers, notaries, and other advisors involved in the process.
