Marc has been practicing commercial and corporate law for more than 15 years, with a special focus on commercial contracts (lease agreements, distribution contracts, etc.), corporate transactional (M&A) and private equity transactions (LBOs, venture capital), working with international group and domestic companies, start-ups and investment funds.

Marc also works with corporate clients, advising them on a daily basis in all areas of commercial law, from day-to-day management to the implementation of complex legal and tax arrangements. As part of the legal support he provides to clients, he routinely advises them on shareholder relations, employee shareholding, executive profit-sharing and, more generally, on capitalistics transactions, often with a multi-jurisdictional component.

Recently, he has been involved in M&A and private equity transactions in the software (on-premise and SaaS solutions), cosmetics (hotel spa), healthcare (pharmaceutical laboratories), agri-food, renewable energies and business services sectors.

Marc began his career with the law firms Franklin, DLA Piper, Herald and Grant Thornton Société d'Avocats.
